Compass Rose supports young women experiencing the power of their dreams, their passion.
The problem with working from the outside-in is that it’s a bandaid solution. It’s an old paradigm that is no longer serving these young women and the communities they live in. We work from the inside-out. It begins inside, our True North isn’t outside of us. It comes from within.

Depression, anxiety, eating disorders, pregnancy, self-esteem, and body image issues, addiction, and suicide are on the increase.
Now more than ever, these young women need support, they need better education, they deserve better education. Compass Rose was designed to meet this need right where they are.
