Since then, her roles have included: Academic Affairs Director for a College Track, Strategy Lead of Transformative Learning for Eagle County Schools, Senior Strategy Consultant for Teibel Consulting, and VP of Talent, Research, and Leadership for OTR, a progressive private equity firm in New York City.
Christa Mariah’s purpose is to catalyze connection and coelevation as we pioneer the virtual frontier of the Age of Abundance. Her dream is to co-create Treedom, a global network of nature-based retreat properties where leaders can connect with nature, each other, and their visions for the chapter ahead. Christa holds a Masters Degree from the University of Florida, a B.A. from the University of Central Florida, and has taught Entrepreneurship & Creativity and Business Communications as a College Adjunct Instructor. She is certified in Reiki Level 2 energy healing and Dreamporting inner alchemy, timeline, and constellation boards. Ademola Michael Okubena is a student of life itself. Began early studies and education in Nigeria, West Africa the most populated country in the whole of the continent. He learned entrepreneurship from a family business spanning over 20yrs and very early on was introduced to metaphysics and quantum physics. Later education took him to England where he studied and received a BA Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from one of the top Universities in London. He helped start up and co-create and pioneer through science, an African and Indigenous Natural Ingredient business that operates all over the world and runs till the present moment. Currently teaching metaphysics, spirituality, and curriculums that facilitate health and wellness, in order to integrate Mind, Body, and Soul for the purpose of promoting and maintaining mental health.
Faith has experience in developing leaders through coaching and is currently the Connection Team Leader at Brave Life Venture empowering young adults. She is a graduate of Landmark Worldwide’s Curriculum for Living, programs that report a 94% positive and permanent shift in the quality of life of graduates.
She received an English degree from DePauw University and worked as a Communication Manager for the Human Universal Health Institute, a holistic wellness clinic and dental office. Faith is with Compass Rose because she believes in the power of mentorship in her own life and is now giving back by helping others see their own magic, strength, worth, and capabilities. She enjoys human connection, building relationships, writing poetry, workshop facilitation, social and racial justice, yoga, and nature.
Annette has experience as a facilitator and program designer for youth groups, camps, workshops, and training that focus on empowerment for youth and young adults.
She has worked in social work, education, and health care fields having received her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Clinical and Educational Psychology, and certificated in Mindfulness and Family Therapy. Originally from Germany, Annette loves exploring new things, learning, cultures, languages, and equality, and is working with Compass Rose International because she believes in unconditional love, deep connection, and the flourishing of people.
Andrea has experience as a leadership mentor and coach for students from an array of backgrounds, developed herself in diversity and inclusion, and is currently on a team founding an organization that empowers young adults.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology & Communications from Regis University, Associates of Psychology (B.A.P.S.Y.), and recently graduated with a certificate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Human Capital Development from the University of Denver. She has joined Compass Rose International because she truly believes in and is inspired by the journey of people discovering their worth, power, and radiance. From Venezuela, she has been in the United States for 7 years and she enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, dancing, animals, reading, connecting with people, facilitating meaningful conversations, and music.
Dominick is the Founding Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer of IPS Strategic Capital in Denver. He received his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) through the Wharton School of Business and completed the College for Financial Planning’s CFP certification program. In his spare time, he’s an Adjunct Professor at the Denver University where he frequently lectures on the real-world use of derivatives in risk-defined money management. Dominick served as Board Member for The Denver Voice for 5 years. His life’s work to deliver a risk management solution will help Global Orphan Prevention’s success in financial and strategic planning.
Tanya is currently a Senior Property Manager with Alturas Capital Partners. She oversees a portfolio of (3) high rise office buildings in the Denver Tech Center. She first started managing these sites in May of 2021 and became an ACP team member on December 1, 2021.
In the industry since 2010, she is involved with the Denver BOMA chapter and is this year’s Vice-Chair for the Awards and Recognition Committee. She obtained her LEED Green accreditation in 2014 and shortly after her Colorado Real Estate broker license.
In her free time, she loves to hike, ski, camp and watch hockey with her family. She has a passion for singing and once tried out for American Idol. She volunteers at her church on the weekends and sits on the executive board of a non-profit called Global Orphan Prevention.
Now retired from corporate life, Brian brings over 37 years of CEO, COO and CFO experience across multiple industries, with an extensive background in guiding companies through challenging periods of growth and change. He was instrumental in the $150 million sale of Alert Centre to ADT Security, the $6.5 billion sale of ADT to Tyco International, and the $75 million sale of Coherent Technologies to Lockheed Martin. Brian offers wide-ranging experience in corporate governance, having served on the boards of nine privately and publicly-traded corporations and several non-profit organizations, including RAFT Colorado (Resource Area for Teachers), Forward Steps and Boulder County Hospice. An “inactive” attorney and CPA, Brian is driven by a passionate belief in a “full spectrum” leadership model that promotes shaping the future, building effective relationships, energizing teams, delivering results, and modeling personal excellence, integrity and accountability. He recently joined our board with a passionate belief in its mission and strong confidence in its leadership.
Manisha Shrestha was born in Nepal and raised in Colorado. She came to the States with her family at the age of 3. Her parents taught her the value of working hard and giving back. She is a Solution Manager, supporting USDA in various technical (IT) projects. She has over 18 years of experience working with international organizations and creating sustainable projects in improvised communities. As a Returned U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer from the Philippines, she has extensive experience in fundraising and building key strategic partnerships to drive change. She is passionate about working and providing her healthcare, education, and sustainability expertise.

Susan’s track record of success extends beyond entrepreneurship. As the EVP of Commercial Sales at Dispersive Technologies, she built a cybersecurity sales organization. Prior to that, she achieved remarkable growth as the founder and President of ReView Video Services, Inc., leading the company to become the videoconferencing industry’s largest distributor globally within a remarkably short timeframe. ReView received numerous industry awards including being recognized as the fastest growing privately held company in Illinois by Crain’s Chicago Business Journal, a Stevie award, and Polycom Top Worldwide Distributor.
Throughout her career, Susan has been deeply committed to giving back to her community. She co-founded a school-based nonprofit organization to enrich the arts and technical education of children and served as the Chair of the Health Advisory Council for Douglas County Schools for five years.
Susan continues to make a difference as a board member for Compass Rose, addressing significant challenges of teen mental health and child trafficking.

Dr. Brown Levey received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her 2-year post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine where she currently serves as the Director of Behavioral Health. Through her work, Dr. Brown Levey strives to implement integrated behavioral health programs and support their development over time with regard to clinical, educational, research, policy, and financial needs for growth and sustainability.
Beth is a leader with 20 years experience running businesses. She has operations experience and came up through the revenue function as a marketer. She’s grown multiple businesses from a few million to several million. She was previously the president at Ad2 Denver, an advertising non-profit. She has a passion for helping people in need, especially children. She taught two refugee mothers English as a second language and helped translate their children’s school communications. She is well-traveled and has been to 5 of the 7 continents. She received her Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
Chloe is the Marketing Director for Canopy Holdings, she specializes in search engine optimization. Originally from the east coast, she moved to Denver with her husband and two dogs. She started her marketing career at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative where she developed a passion for international humanitarian issues. She loves to hike, ski, and go to Rockies games. She also serves on the board of Zero Tolerance 4 Domestic Abuse.
